Things always seem to break at the worst time possible… It was a beautiful Monday during my beautiful brides birthday week, we had plans for a large group gathering (on top of our family of seven) and wouldn’t you know it our fridge decides to stop working. I reached out to Appliance Repair Medic for help. Not only they rearrange an already full schedule on Monday to send a tech to come test it, he also did the same the next day to come repair it. Within 14 hours of my call our fridge was tested, electronic control board parts overnighted, and the repair completed…. saving not only the day but also my brides entire birthday week! Techy guy from Appliance Repair Medic came to my home to repair my washing machine and refrigerator. Zalmen came to fix my top load washer. He was on time and knew exactly what the problem was. He got the part and came back to fix the washer the same day. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He also gave me some very helpful hints. He is reasonably priced, fair and honest. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. It is nice to meet someone honest in the repair business. My refrigerator wasn’t working properly, so I called Appliance Repair Medic because I heard of them through word of mouth and scheduled an appointment. Tech came out and found the problem right away.
